2023 Update
After 23+ years of working as ICT Services Manager in Carinity\Qld Baptists, that season came to a close. From mid 2023 my focus returned to building “Straight Talk Technology Services” around my home, Bribie Island.
The next phase of this journey is to rise to the challenge of building Straight Talk Technology Services and continuing faith based charity work with my wife Karen. Together we look forward to new challenges and new opportunities, to build lives that hopefully make a difference. My hope is to remember and live by three words shared with me many years ago by a mentor, “People Matter Most”.

Rick is very professional and very knowledgeable in his field of anything IT. I was having issues with my computer and phone continually going through data. I was under the belief that my phone had more data then my computer but that wasn’t the case. After Rick looked into my issue it was found that my telephone provider had my data usages mixed up. When Rick suggested I swap telephone providers and instead of using a dongle provided by my provider I should use a portable WiFi dongle remote from my computer. My bill went from $70 to half of that with more data. I’m using my data in the same way as I was before but now my WiFi isn’t cutting in and out. I’m very happy now too that my bill isn’t as expensive. Thanks for your help Rick, I’m one very happy and satisfied customer.
